Sea Dragon, a game the author claims was "written out of extreme boredom", is actually decently fun to play. Your goal is to pilot your "sea dragon" through the levels, avoiding obstacles and shooting stuff. Your yellow blob sea dragon is a sort of text-mode sprite, and the enemies you encounter are similarly ambiguous text-mode sprites. Don't forget to come up for air (go to the top of the screen when the blue dots are shown) to refill your air meter! The game is decently fun with good controls, although as the author notes, it's unfinished, so it seems like there's a lot of wasted potential here. Still, it comes with both a randomly-generated mode and two pre-designed levels, so you can try out both playing types.
